Celebrating International Women in Engineering Day

Encouraging women into Engineering is all about driving up the numbers at every level – from the numbers of girls choosing STEM subjects at GCSE, to female students graduating with engineering degrees and the numbers of women being promoted to senior roles within Engineering teams in the workplace.

At Pektron we always recruit and promote based on ability and are very proud that 20% of our engineers are women, above the 16.5% average.
