For Pektron, we take responsibility for how our business activities affects employees, customers and communities. We believe that upholding human rights and freedoms is essential to running a successful business.  We balance our commercial activities and providing innovative products to our customers with compliance to applicable laws.

Our Employee Handbook provides detailed approach to various issues affecting Pektron and our employees. In addition, supporting the wellbeing and engagement of our staff is a key part of our CSR commitment. We provide regular communication and support to employees through:

• A “Quick News” communication link, available at all times, enabling employees to easily access and share important updates and announcements.
• An employee portal, where staff can access company policies and procedures, book holidays, update personal information, and manage employment-related activities conveniently and securely.
• A confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), offering 24/7 support for employees and their families. This service provides professional advice and guidance for health and wellbeing, mental health concerns, financial difficulties, and other personal challenges.
