Pektron support Scropton Riding for the Disabled Centre

Pektron have become Scropton’s first Pony Partners, a sponsorship which covers all the costs to support and maintain a Riding for the Disabled pony for a whole year. Horse mad staff at Pektron choose Jeago as the pony they wanted to support which means that more disabled children and adults can experience the wonderful opportunity to ride. Pektron went even further with their support by providing jackets for staff and volunteers at the centre. Neil Morgan from Pektron said “we are delighted to be Scropton’s first sponsor and would encourage other local businesses to offer their support”.

Glynis Dalley Trustee and Chair of the charity said, “This partnership is vital as we rely so heavily on voluntary support and funding to cover the costs of running the Riding Centre. We have twenty five ponies and horses and would hope more people might help support us. They can choose the pony and visit throughout the year to see how their support is transforming lives.”
