We have been involved in automotive electronics for over 40 years, developing vehicle electronic control units (ECUs) and vehicle architectures. Building on existing scalable electronic architectures we are able to offer flexible, adaptive platforms that can be configured, validated, and supplied in efficient time frames. With strong engagement between our partners we can utilise our existing platforms so they can be configured and adapted to meet the requirements of today’s consumers.
Our aim is to give our partners and consumers a product that not only meets their expectations but exceeds them. By understanding our partners requirements, understanding their architectures and integrating into them we are able to develop a wide range of automotive electronic units.
Our customer base ranges from high-end niche manufactures where our understanding of the brand, quality, aesthetics and prestige are required to achieve a product that delivers the requirements in that market segment, to high volume passenger and commercial vehicles.
All Pektron units are re-programmable through the CAN bus and contains ISO 14229 diagnostic functionality.
Starting with passenger safety electronics in the 1970’s we have developed a wide range of automotive electronic modules, building on past developments and consistently evolving and developing architectures has increased our product portfolio. Our knowledge and experience of vehicle ECU’s of all levels of complexity is extensive. Full architecture systems have been provided on numerous occasions to multiple customers. Our experience in car networks, software development and hardware engineering gives the automotive industry a viable and flexible option to develop almost any automotive electronic control unit.
